Experience

Tyrone specialises in commercial litigation, with expertise in insurance law, insolvency and restructuring law and security enforcement. Tyrone regularly provides advice on a wide range of disputes including contract and negligence claims, insolvency proceedings, shareholder claims, enforcement of loan and security agreements, regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings.

Tyrone has also acted for private clients in relation to trust disputes, including applications for directions under the Trustee Act for both domestic and foreign trusts.

Tyrone has expertise in alternative dispute resolution and has managed a number of commercial disputes through the arbitration and mediation process. Tyrone also has experience with conducting international arbitrations under the ICC Rules.
