Auckland lawyer Prajna Moodley specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He acts in a range of disputes for individuals, businesses of all sizes, institutional property owners, and public organisations including local authorities and universities among others.

Prajna is part of the firm's thriving insurance litigation practice. He acts for a number of insurers and, on their instructions,  for insured entities in respect of professional indemnity claims, statutory liability claims and for insured local authorities in claims against them.

Prajna also acts for private clients in the areas of trust and estate litigation, including cross-border litigation, and relationship property litigation. Prajna is the author of the “Claims Against Estates” topic of Lexis Nexis Law of Succession - Practical Guidelines.

Prajna holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in the areas of civil and criminal law and related topics.
