John Young

Experience

Auckland lawyer John Young advises public, commercial and private clients on environmental and local government law issues. His practice includes providing advice on resource consents, district plan appeals, discharges, financial contributions and enforcement matters.

John also advises on the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act, Building Act and numerous other local authority statutes. Having previously worked at a Council in the Auckland region, John has an excellent understanding of the environment within which local authorities operate.
