Education: BA/LLB, University of Auckland

Aimee joined the Brookfields Litigation team in August 2022. Prior to that she worked as a civil litigator in a general practice Auckland firm, with a particular focus on Construction and Employment law. Aimee moved into general practice after having spent a few years in a boutique firm specialising in Unit Titles and Body Corporate dispute resolution.  As a general practitioner, Aimee has experience in many aspects of civil litigation including contractual and commercial disputes, tenancy issues and body corporate levy recovery, insolvency, and debt recovery and employment law. Aimee has appeared in the High Court, District Court and Tenancy Tribunal. While she enjoys the cut and thrust of the courtroom, she takes a client-centric approach to dispute resolution.
